When You’re Eligible for a Refund or Replacement

We’ll gladly issue a refund or send you a free replacement in the following situations:

·     Your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

·       You received the wrong item (please include a quick photo of the product and shipping label).

·       Your package is lost in transit, which means there have been no tracking updates for 45 days for U.S. orders or 60 days for international orders.

·       There’s a quality issue that you can show us with a photo or short video.

Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and any photo or video evidence if applicable. Once we’ve reviewed your request, our friendly support team will send you clear instructions and the return address.

Returns and Refund Processing

If a return is required, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our mistake, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
You’ll receive an email update as soon as your refund is on its way.

 

Order Cancellations

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, our fulfillment team begins preparing your package, and unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel it once it’s in progress.


When Refunds Cannot Be Issued

To keep things transparent, please note that refunds or replacements cannot be issued for the following situations:

·  Packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

·  Requests that are submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
